The Celebration Programme "The Russian Wings"

The festive event is dedicated to the Day of Russia Air Fleet. The main activities will take place in the Museum Quarter "The Russian wings" that is associated with the names of two geniuses of the twentieth century: Valery Chkalov and Rostislav Alexeyev.
The celebration guests will see an interesting and extensive programme with attractions, master classes on how to make and launch kites and lift the hot-air balloons, rides on ”velo-flyers”, boats and horses.
As part of the celebration the VI regional festival "The fabulous pattern of guipure" will be held.
